Spriano® began its activity in 1923 manufacturing pressure and temperature gauges. In 1936 Spriano® has been the first company in Italy to manufacture a modulating pneumatic controller, contributing a consistent technical improvement to Industrial Automation and Control in the Rubber, Oil & Gas and Food industries. During the 80's, the transfer from pneumatics to electronics was completed

Founded in Milan in 1974, Valcom® started with the designing and manufacturing of measurement and control instruments with specific expertise in the Pulp & Paper Industry. In the 80s the development towards a Smart electronic was enforced with the milestone 'Senic' transmitter, and the continuous efforts in researching made Valcom® significantly enter the Marine business in the Early 90s, with perfect selection of the suitable materials for sea-type and offshore application

In 1976, a complete line of Control Valves were engineered and manufactured with the name of Mec-Rela®, providing effective and efficient solutions for Industrial applications also in extremely harsh conditions. Cryogenic type valves, 3 ways valves with monolithic body and double cage construction made Mec-Rela a worldwide-recognized brand already in its first decade of life
